That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If something's not quite right due to any step in our printing or shipping process, we're here to fix it - no questions asked.
Our Commitment to Quality
Every photo you entrust to us goes through a careful quality check. If there's a mistake on our end, be it in printing or shipping, we'll reprint it at no cost to you. However, we can't alter the past (our ink-based time machine is still in the works!). This means we can't correct issues with the original photo's pose, angle, clarity, or quality. So, give your photos a good once-over before hitting that order button - check the color, cropping, rotation, and image quality to ensure they're picture-perfect.
Sharing the Responsibility
We understand that mistakes happen. If an issue arises due to an oversight on your part, we're still here to help. In these cases, we'll split the cost of reprinting with you, 50/50. It's all about working together to get those memories printed just right
Refunds & Returns
Should you ever feel that your prints don’t quite capture the essence of your moment and the reason isn't due to our service, we're still here for you. In such instances, we offer a refund with a 50% return fee to cover processing costs. We may also request that you return the prints to our lab. This helps us to investigate the issue and continuously refine our processes, ensuring we always meet your expectations.
