We use a variety of high-quality substrates depending on the product. PressPrints use less paper compared to traditional services, and our paper is de-inkable and recyclable. Our proprietary technology maximizes ink coverage with low energy consumption, and our printers have advanced energy recovery mechanisms.

Does PortraitPress offer color correction services?

We don't offer color correction because we believe in printing your photos exactly as you captured and perceived them.

How does PortraitPress ensure print quality?

Real humans (no AI here!) inspect each print and compare them against calibration sheets printed from every printer every morning.

Can I request a sample before placing a large order?

Absolutely! Plan ahead and order a small sample first to get a good idea of what your large order will look like.

What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the print quality?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If something's not quite right due to our printing or shipping process, we'll fix it—no questions asked.

Returns and Refunds

What is the return policy of PortraitPress?

We understand that mistakes happen. If an issue arises due to an oversight on your part, we'll split the cost of reprinting with you, 50/50. Let's work together to get those memories printed just right.

How do I request a refund?

Can I return a print if I don't like it?

If there's a mistake on our end, we'll reprint it at no cost to you. However, we can't correct issues with the original photo's pose, angle, clarity, or quality. Make sure to review your photos before ordering.

What happens if my prints are damaged upon arrival?

If shipping damage occurs, we'll reprint your order at no cost to you.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or refunded?

If your prints don't meet your expectations and the reason isn't due to our service, we offer a refund with a 50% return fee to cover processing costs. We may also request that you return the prints to our lab for quality improvement purposes.

How do I create an account on PortraitPress?

Can I place an order without an account?

Unfortunately, no. We require accounts to streamline support and ensure your product creations stay organized. You can browse without an account, but you'll need to sign up to create products. Signing up is free, fast, and easy.

How can I update my account details?

At the top of the page, click "My Account." This option only shows if you are logged in. Clicking "My Account" will bring you to a page where you can edit your account information.

Contact support to request account deletion. We'll put your account in closing status, and after two weeks, if you confirm, we'll close your account.
